In addition to Doctors Jack Leverett Sr. and Jr., the practice is managed by a staff of 4.  Their practice serves indivudals and families with services customized for children to geriactrics from teeth cleaning to implants.     

Dr. Jack Leverett Sr. has practiced dentistry in Bainbridge, Georgia for the past 55 years.  He has been President of the Southwest Georgia Dental Association, a member of the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, International College of Dentists, Fellow American College of Dentists, Fellow Pierre Fauchard Academy, Director of the Georgia Dental Holding Company, an Honorable Fellow of the Georgia Dental Association, past member of the Georgia Academy of Dental Practice, and Past-President of Southwest Georgia Dental study club and of the Bainbridge Rotary Club.  Dr. Leverett Sr. is married to Joyce Leverett and they have two children and five grandchildren.

Dr. Jack Leverett Jr. has practiced dentistry in Bainbridge, Georgia since 1992.  He earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia. He has been the President of the Southwest Georgia Dental study club, a member of the Georgia Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association and Pierre Fauchard Academy. He earned his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2005 and was one of only three civilians to be awarded Diplomate status by the American Board of General Dentistry In 2008. Dr. Leverett Jr. served as one of nine national board members on the American Board of General Dentistry. His duties included developing test questions for the oral and written portions of the exam and acting as an examiner for the exam. Dr. Leverett is married to Ashley Leverett and they have three children.
