CHAMBER STAFF MEMBERS

The day-to-day operations of the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce are handled by a highly qualified and experienced staff. Feel free to contact them with your questions.

DIANE STRICKLAND, President

Diane is the chief executive and administrative officer of the organization.  She acts as the chamber's liaison with the board of directors, our members, and the community at large.

Diane is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce including coordination of the chamber's program of work; organizational structure and procedures; motivation of volunteers; financial management; fundraising; maintenance of membership; employment, training and supervision of staff; clarification and implementation of policy; maintenance of headquarters; and long-range planning. 

KIMBERLY WALDEN, Membership and Communications Director

Kimberly oversees the recruitment and retention of our membership, while encouraging members to take advantage of the many chamber benefits offered with a membership investment.   Membership breakfasts, business after hours, ribbon cuttings, the annual membership mingle and membership orientation are just some of the events she coordinates.  Contact Kimberly if you are interested in learning more about how becoming a member of the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce will benefit you individually or as a business. 

She is also responsible for the communications information for the Chamber and is your point of contact for newsletters, e-communications, website updates and the calendar of events.  In addition, Kimberly facilitates the Membership and Ambassadors committees and supports the Communications, River Town Days and Fair committees in achieving their goals.

NADINE THOMAS, Administrative Assistant

Nadine will typically be your first point of contact when calling the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce.  She will point you in the right direction when you're searching for information, businesses, or individuals.  She assists new comers and/or prospective businesses and individuals looking to relocate to our area by providing them with Welcome Packets and Relocation Packages. 

Nadine assists the staff, our board of directors, and committee chairs in all aspects of accomplishing the chamber's program of work.
